Surah Ar-Ra'd
Ar-Ra'd 13:11
إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ
“Allah does not alter a people’s condition until they alter what lies within themselves.”
